Hello,

after spending hours in google and co, im only getting this: http://blogs.nokia.com/pushn900/wp-c..._guidev1.0.pdf

what is nice, but is missing the for me most important part, the code on the n900!

im having a arduino based projekt, what would get bluetooth serial to send out data and could receive commands: http://code.google.com/p/multidisplay/

i found the examples for pyqt and wrote even a small app with buttons and so on, so thats clear.

but how do i get the n900 to connect to the bluetooth serial dongle and let me receive and send text to the arduino?? any help is welcome!!!

most welcome would be a small example python script what just prints the serial received values on the screen of the n900

thanks in advance for your help,

use pyserial and setup a loop (either in separate thread or not), see https://github.com/rambo/lasercannon...rcannon_gui.py lines 127 & 136 for reading the serial data (can't help with the setup of the bt serial connection, never done it yet...)

for visualization you need come up with your own drawing code, but check the linked file for some examples of that too.
