What sort of experiences have people got with Nokia after sending a phone back for repair?

They've had mine 3 weeks after being told it would be 10days.

Baring in mind that the first week the Nokia Centre had it they forgot to send it off and made up some ******** reason about needing my permission first. So I'm not that impressed or hopeful!

Just wondering if this is a normal amount of time to wait?

depends on your location, shipping methods and DELAYS maybe?

if they say 10 days, expect longer.

Last time i had to send as fone away I received it back in 2 weeks.

Depends on the nature of the repair and how busy they are.

Im kinda lucky in having a cpw with a repair centre within it.
