I can'T remeber that i've insalled that app, but I'll look this up wait a minute

I just was playing around with the default camera app and I found a dialog that was (just?) for me unknown. I'm sorry if this is common knowledge.
It opens if you swipe in the upper half of the display from the left outside of the display to the inside of the display.
Take a look at the screenshots and you will see:
