It's a common "problem."

Sometimes it takes a while for hildon-home (aka home screens + widgets) to load/refresh after booting, using Desktop Activity Manager, or changing themes.

Do you have dr.launch installed? if so it probably causing this problem.

no.....i dont know the app as well,
