Ok, I did not yet installed MythTV because of this indecision: I used orb and TVersity once I had XP installed before my hard disk crashed.

Now I just have Ubuntu Dapper. I'm trying to install MythTV but still I have this doubt: will it be possible to view (=stream to the 770) the video files I own, apart from its own recorded shows? I have a (slightly increasing) library of videos which Orb was managing without too much problems and I do not want to re-install XP in dual-boot just for that.
