This is what I called "Beauty"!
But, anyway, can you make these theme without the logos? Or redo this "aero" theme with the default icons?
I don't hate Micro$oft but I think it should be better fit to the N900...

In my opinion it would be polite to give credit for people if you have borrowed some of their work. In particular when 90 percent of the theme is borrowed :P

The colors are really nice, but the Windows logo everywhere really bugs me. Why would i want this on my Linux phone?

Why didn't you change Google into Bing in the 2nd screenshot?

Good Work, very nice theme, although I would like to see it without all the Windows logos. Maybe in a different version.
