Is it possible to hook up my N900 to my PC and use the touch screen like a tablet so I don't have to try (and fail) to draw with the mouse?

Have you tried bluemaemo it lets you control the mouse curser on your PC through bluetooth aswell as the keyboard and some other cool stuff.

Bluemaemo doesn't support pressure sensitivity.

Does the n900 -have- pressure sensitivity? I thought that - at best - it could measure the size of the pressed area, and get a rough estimate that way...

I agree. I can't even think of any stock applications that would require pressure sensitivity

it has pressure sensitivity...but as far as i know the only app that is using it is mypaint. and it uses it pretty damn good.

if you dont want to use bluemaemo you can use VNC...and draw that way.
