I believe it is executed when you plug in the USB cable again and select USB mass storage.
I think it is intended to switch between kernel modules for the USB controller (allowing USB mass storage and a number of serial USB devices)

When i plug the cable and select pcsuite the script if /usr/sbin/pcsuite-enable.sh is executed as expected, but after remove the usb cable the /usr/sbin/pcsuite-disable.sh is NEVER executed...
Is there some extra mod that must be done ?
