Is there any way that we could create an app that monitors the sound output and then removes hiss and clears up phone calls?

Possible remove any frequencies that arent in the typical human vocal range so we get rid of that annoying hiss if someone is on the phone and has to talk quieter or even whispers?

Well Nokia do at least know how to build a decent phone, just apparently don't know how to support it..
