- "Transfers & sync" applet under setting (never tried)
- Ovi suite (never tried, because using Linux)
- Dump messages directly from /home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el-v1.db to format which N8 understands

I recently got a Nokia N8 after previously having a Nokia N900, Now I have loads of sms messages on my Nokia N900 that I want to transfer to my Nokia N8.
I remember last year it was fairly difficult to export my sms messages from my Nokia 5800 to my N900, now I'm basically doing the reverse.
Does any know a method or know of an app that does this? Its really a desperate requirement
