Just have a little idea to make the screen use two touch calibration profiles depending on the orientation of the N900.

For example:
in Vertical orientation - for thumb use; since I mostly make phone calls in this orientation; also would make less errors while driving on the road; touch profile A activated
in Horizontal orientation - for stylus use; maximum precision; touch profile B activated

Would anyone else find this extremely useful?
Would be nice if someone with the know-how can make it happen.

Seriously? Nobody else is as frustrated with resistive touchscreen input as I am?

Surely the calibration of the screen is the same for portrait or vertical orientation?
