Copyright seems prohibit reproduction, transfer, distribution and storage like mrsellout said. What is the point of font what no one can possess without Nokia's written permission :/

Should I contact someone to remove this from repos?

Hmm, a restriction of distribution of a font on an open source OS.

The irony does not escape me.

I know, I know... the font isn't open source, but hell... Nokia should throw us Maemo lovers a bone.

I agree - installing this has given my N900 a kind of 'freshen up'.

A followup - the Community Council has managed to get formal Nokia approval for distribution. This package will, however, need to be removed as the font should go into the non-free section (as it's free as in beer), plus, the Nokia package we got is said to contain a better font file (with more bold/italic/condensed/whatnot options). In any case, thanks to the original submitter for starting this, and sorry about the package reshuffling because of the legalese.
So we will soon have better and legal version

Why doesn't the font change in the application menu? It has changed everywhere else.
