Is their a way to see the windows PCs on my n900 and browse their shared folders? TinySMB is pretty much a server that allows me to see my N900 on a windows box and share files, but what about me being able to see windows PCs on my n900?

You can use "Wizard Mounter" to mount any Win folder on your network that you want, and then access them with any of the available file managers (either built-in or e.g., FileBox) on the N900.
