Was curious if anyone had seen/tried anything like this product before:

Although this is for the PSPgo I think it could be pretty easily modified to fit the n900 (or any other number of smartphones).

I enjoy gaming on my n900 using my ps3 controller but having to set the n900 on a table or desk doesnt make for the best gaming experience. This sorta turns it into a makeshift gaming handheld.

If anyone has any idea where I could buy this product in the US (or a similar product) i'd be very thankful.

I considered cutting a PS3 controller in half and placing a cradle for the N900 in between the two halves, but the circuitry is too complex to be divided, as well as the microprocessor being right beneath the PS button.

I think i remember seeing a mod someone did like this ages ago

I searched all over TMO and all i could find is a few post of people wanting something like this, but no one had actually made anything.

If you could find the thread you're talking about i'd very much be interested in how they did it.

Just thought I'd bump this thread to see if anyone has any info about how to purchase this product or a similar device.
