Hi there,

this is my first post and I hope this is the correct forum for my question. So here it goes:

I've deletet the folder "/home/user/.cache/media-art" (or similar) to remove all old album cover art. I was hoping it will simply get rebuilt when I open the Music app again, but it didn't.

In fact I don't have any album art anymore in the Music app. Just generated covers with the album name...

What can I do now to get it displayed? I already restarted the phone.

Cheers

That's the N9 or the N900? Because on the N900 there are no generated covers are they?

EDIT: Ok now I saw that it's posted on the harmattan forum. Sorry, can't help you.

Try with "tracker-control -r" to force tracker to rebuild the database, or remove your music from memory and copy it back.

Thanks gionni88! I moved my music to my laptop, plugged the usb out and in again, moved it back and now its updating the library...

While its doing that I can already see the album art appearing in .cache/media-art.
