now on the n900 i copied the contacts to a folder using the app on the phone etc...

i then put the new simcard in and transfer from the folder to the simcard.

put the simcard in the lumia 800 and nothing, it says the simcard is blank.

when i try to use the app on the lumia to connect to the n900 via BT it says the N900 doesnt support this feature.

help

you can't transfer contact to sim card on n900, so you actually transporte it to a folder and then back to phone.. Just transfer it over bluetooth, from n900

Not sure... transferring contacts from N900 to N9 via Bluetooth worked fine though so the N900 definitely supports it.

n900 lets you sync with outlook express contacts via pc suite. You can then export contacts in various formats. I can't remember which one, but one of them can be uploaded to a gmail account. This is how I got my contacts on to my nexus s before I put it back in it's box 6 months ago. Export your contacts to a pc then figure it out.

What do you think of the lumia?
