This is perfectly normal. All free RAM tends to be used as file system cache to speed up read access. So most of this used memory is still available for applications when they need it.

Anyone having this screen when opening the resource app? I have no apps open other than the resource app..and it shows less than 5% of free memory.
I did not have the resource app before PR1.1 so I am not sure if this is caused by PR 1.1 or not.
also, the phone runs fine..but im just curious on this.
