Modified event screen style.

What's changed:
- Made the "Day" label smaller and grey
- Made the "Date" label bigger and white
- Reduced the padding between the status bar and the day label just a bit
- Changed the "Notification" & "Feed" header color from orange to grey
- Changed the Feed Item label from grey to blue

What I want to change in the future:
- Weather icons if I find the time

(Orange and blue variants simply invert the header and feed item label, the day and date are the same in both variants.)

To install, simply replace the meegotouchhome.css file found in:

/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/meegotouchhome

with the one from the blue or orange css in the attached zip file.

Do it yourself:
  1. Open the meegotouchhome.css file located in /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/meegotouchhome
  2. Modify the css style of what you want to change
  3. To change the Day label: MLabelStyle#EventsDayLabel -> line number 308
  4. To change the Date label: MLabelStyle#EventsDateLabel -> line number 324
  5. To change the "Notification and Feed" labels: MLabelStyle#EventsViewHeaderLabel -> line number 564
  6. To change the Feed Item label: MLabelStyle#EventFeedItemTitleLabel -> line number 704.

I haven't had any issues with this mod so far but as usual, use at your own risk.

Done.

blue_small and red_small in the first post!

If you'd like another combination of color/size let me know.

I was also looking into changing the footer info (date, time, likes and replies) but haven't found anything convincing yet. Ideas are welcome.

Ah, I see now that there's supposed to be embedded images in the first post. I just can't see them.

Probably my crappy work ISP blocking the images source domains again...

Hello.....
Sorry if my question looks a bit silly maybe.

need some help here, as i am not a power user of linux. When i tried to replace the original file of meegotuchhome.css on my N9 using filemanager (fileman, filebox and QAD file manager) it says that iam not allowed to replace the file.

then i try to edit the file using Xterm (nano) but i dont know how to save the file? plus is there any way/command to find string in nano using xterm for faster search.

what's better is there any way that i can modify the text file using text editor? all the file manager installed in my N9 seems dont have this options (to open a file using text editor)

Thanks in advance
