HELLO EVERYONE !

I need help with a matter that does not relate directly to this forum's main subjects. I'll be thankful for any suggestion or idea.

The problem is that i use ADSL connection that have -as I think- a fixed Proxy or "gate".

My question is that is there a way to change the proxy.
