I sent them a request for more info on how I'm violating a non-existing trademark with a 50 px icon.

Just installed conky and noticed that the CPU frequency doesn't change. Doesn't N9 use an on deman governor?

Yeah but drawing the screen usually takes 100% CPU for 0.1 of a second or whatever, and it's reading the current frequency while it's updating the screen. Sometimes it shows 600 or 800 on mine but it's rare.
