Really strange because I am seeing the app.
Could it be that the apps region is nordic because it's in finnish.
Have to investigate this.
I have one confirmed download this morning so it should be there.

You need to edit the item in publish.ovi.com and set the app enabled for all countries
EDIT: also check if "Works for all languages" is set in Languages tab
