They not deleted, I can view them via File Manager, but in galary there's nothing. And I can't play my music at all. I'll reflash tonight as I can't wait for end of June for new Update.

You could try fsck and see if there's better options under Linux.
Get a bootable Linux like Knoppix on CD or USB.

Problem now fixed without reflashing:

-Run Command Prompt as Administrator
- i:
Attrib -s -h [affected file name eg Music]
Then ENTER
Problem fixed, it seems the virus changed media into system files. The process above changes them to normal. But first use the PC anti virus to get rid of the virus. Then run the above.
