Just booted in to the win8 beta partition on my lappyfor the first time in weeks and found that MS have pushed down a new update for ie.

Now after seeing what they changed, I went to switch over to FF and it triggered off Defender by claiming a Malware detection! This bloody OS would not let me launch firefox without completely disabling defender.

Well this is the last time win8 will grace my screen. I only booted it up to move some files. Gonna give Linux Mint a bash

Well getting rid of windows did not go well after all

After spending the evening trying to get rid of my win8 partiton and restoring the boot loader, because it knocked out boot-from-removable-storage somehow? I finally got round to dual booting linux and accidently wiped my win7 too. Then I could not get the correct graphics drivers for my lappy

Now I am without a PC and I have lost the only image files I could to flash my n9. I did not need this right now, lol.

Ever have one of those weeks where everything seems to go wrong? haha
