i also have this problem sometimes. it happens more when i use an app called "reboot" to reboot or shutdown the phone.. no idea why. hasn't happened in a while, wont bother to reflash

just stop using the "reboot" app.
it has been found to have a number of issues.

after every reboot my all alarms are gone, i have to set up them again from scratch, this is very annoying, please help me to solve this issue.
