I'm not sure what the question is.

Mobile Firefox has 2 branches now - XUL (portable one), which has a Harmattan build done by Romaxa. And "natvie" (Android only) one (i.e. not portable). So, by porting you mean creating Qt native interface, or updating XUL interface in line with Android one? Rendering engine in the XUL version will still be the same as in Android one, even though interface there won't be updated.

AFAIK, the firefox we are using on maemo/harmattan/meego is Qt-port, which is not fully support officially. I am not quite sure.

Previously on Firefox for Android, it shares the same UI/UX as what we see in N9's Firefox.

The recent new Firefox for Android had a completely revamped UI/UX....I am wondering if the next version of N9's Firefox will have the new completely revamped UI/UX as seen on Firefox for Android, or not.

Right, Mozilla stopped updating the UI of the XUL branch. But it still implicitly gets all the improvements of the engine (JavaScript optimizations, bug fixes and so on), since the codebase is shared. Only the UI part is stalled. Unless someone from outside Mozilla will take the task of updating it, it won't be updated by Mozilla themselves.

I still relies on XUL, but ties it into Qt (as it was doing it with GTK on Maemo). Fully native Qt variant (without XUL) would be somewhat different.

Firefox mobile as much as I like the desktop counterpart is somewhat disappointing. Yes the native android version is fast, but it still bug-riddled and lacks usability found in other beta browsers like opera next and chrome beta. I hope they can catch up pretty soon though. It's not a new player in mobile anymore and the excuses for a not-top-of-the-class product are running out.

I'm running 15.0a on my N9 currently and it seems at least 50% faster than the 12.0 version did, even though it still has the same UI.

There are still new nightly builds for the N9. The N900 on the other hand is still at version 7.0 as far as I know.
