An inferior OS is an inferior OS and no amount of marketing and promotion is going to change that. Did MS believe people are going to love WP7's limitations, restrictions and missing features? Even to Win Mobile users WP7 is a downgrade and they have given it the finger.

Both Samsung and HTC have higher US market share in WP7 than Nokia. How's that for Microsoft's flagship partner?

elop is a bloody trojan horse,the meego planwould of worked out alot better since its something the general public had experienced!

Incorrect.

The public had experienced WP7 and WP7.5
They hadn't experienced MeeGo. In fact, it hasn't been experienced at all since the N9 doesn't run on MeeGo, it runs Maemo5.6 (Harmattan).

How bout Jolla selling more Jxxx mobiles than Lumias in USA next year

Cant be that hard if above is true?

I guess they called it MeeGo OS on N9 just for shits and giggles Harmattan and Meamo are code names.
