Hi to all..
Sometimes when i start Drive app it lost GPS signal every 1-2 min... I need close/open app a few times (many times) or reboot to get it work like it should work..
After reboot it can work without signal loss 1-1.5 hours...
My question if someone know which process can be refreshed to get the same result as reboot. Thanks

I had that same problem after overclocking, and random reboots came along with the gps problem. I tried to flash with differents flashers but the problems persists.
In my case the fix was to buy another n9

Like i say before for me it work perfectly after reboot. It not cause random reboots. But when my device work some times, probably something cause a problem to gps module/process, i don't know.. For example 1-2days without reboot and i start drive app now I'm sure will get this problem, but if i will do reboot before opening drive app it will work perfectly after reboot.
IDon't want to do reboot every time when i want to use Drive app, maybe we just can refresh/restart some processes and it will give the same effect as reboot..

Probably something wrong with the hardware?

I have had no issues with GPS in Drive app (or otherwise) and I rarely if ever reboot the device. (last time it was restarted 59 days, 3:41 ago according to uptime).

Schturmann, are you charging the device while using GPS?
Try without, it's like magic.

ladoga, I don't think... Because after reboot it work perfectly...
Also I'm use many tweaks, one of them is Maps/Drive tweak/patch and auto-background changer (every 6 hours)... The auto-background changer refresh many processes maybe this cause problem to some other processes, don't know...

Morpog, yep.. most of the times I'm use charger, because driving 1.5 hours will eat my battery. I will try to use it without charger for short navigation's.. Thanks for tip...

I had the same issue when I did the 1.3 update (manual flash). For some reason all my maps were deleted and I had to download the U.S maps again. (large file). Maybe it will help?

Thanks man, its really helped... Tried it today, I started with charger and i got again "signal lost", i disconnected from charger and magic happens, result is no more signal lost But app crashed twice, don't know what the reason, It's just close itself.. Maybe because my was 15-17% or less..
Interesting, how charging process interferes to GPS and what we can do with this...
