He doesn't deserve to be heaped with ridicule for just asking. Now I understand why dueling was once popular--there needs to be a way to discourage people who insult without measuring the consequences.

If you don't want to trade your device, then don't.

Don't be a rude d**k to the dude asking for the trade. He asked kindly and was very honest about the fault with the iPhone.

You don't even need to post if you have nothing useful to say.

He said he would be fine with an N9 with a faulty cellular modem.

No I haven't heard of any N9's with that fault, but doesn't mean there aren't any. The dude was kind and all you did was rudely insult both his old iPhone and him with your comments.

I didn't expect this kinda crap from you, especially as you were among the few of us not being rude to anyone other then the irritating noobs who post the same question a million times..

PS. Technically an iPhone is worth alot more money then our N9's :P

But NOBODY is devaluing your N9, if him asking for a trade causes your devices valuation to go off balance, you my friend are a bit too attached to your phone!

Well Nokia do at least know how to build a decent phone, just apparently don't know how to support it..

To the OP,
there is this member called AMD who was having software problems with his N9 (easily fixable) yesterday and was considering selling it...Maybe you can approach him for a trade...
