i am getting some video artifacts does anyone know if it is
software(testing cssu) or just hardware problem?(powervr530)

When did the problem start to appear?
Out of nowhere or after updating something?

I'm quite surprised to see you're able to take screenshots of it, which suggests that it's but a mere software-related issue.

Restore with backup files or factory reset will help.

Had that problem with mine some time ago and if I'm not mistaken, I think it's a theme problem. If you're using one of the older pre PR1.3 themes this can happen.

Try one of the newer themes, see if that cures it.
