also systeminfo tells the battery capacity

since about 2 days my n9 wont charge. It charges till 22%, than it stands still and nothing happend...
i tried different chargers...the usb of my pc/laptop, my car charger and a orgiginal tablet charger...no solution!
Could it maybe that my battery is dead?
