My PC doesn't have WiFi ATM so, I was wondering if it's possible to connect my N9 to a computer via USB, connect the N9 to wifi, and make the PC connect to the N9 for Internet. A USB WIFI Reciver of sorts.

Not sure about USB but BlueTooth tethering should work.
I connected my PlayBook and PC once, no issues.

I thought bluetooth tethering would always use the 2G/3G connection, not a (possibly available) wireless. Maybe it depends on how you initiate the tethering, I do it via network-manager from Linux.

I'm almost 100% positive that you can do USB tethering through the N9, I used to do it on my laptop with the N900.

There ya go.

That's a bit different kind of animal.

You are talking about using N9 tethered via USB as a modem device, when the connection off the device is 3G.

What the OP wanted to have is use the device to connect to the net using WIFI, not 3G. That does not work as the N9 iptables is missing the NAT module.
