I don't have a device yet, so I'd appreciate your input on how it runs on real hardware.

Great to have native apps for Sailfish. Unfortunately when I just now checked, it was not yet available at the store. Maybe still bending approval?

It's approved but it seems it takes a while to appear.

Working great.

Not sure if this is intendent but when touching expression field keyboard layout comes up and covers the field.

I like the settings& help page transition animation.
Over all very good.

No, it's not intentional. Obviously the emulator keyboard is shorter than the real one. The intention was to cover only the numpad.

I'll probably have to wait for a device to fix this.

update approved in harbour a few minutes ago. Enjoy (still need to fix why QSettings doesn't store the deg/rad preference)

Thanks for that - SpeedCrunch is my favourite calculator on all systems.
Is the Jolla version already based on the latest version 0.11?
http://speedcrunch.org/

Could you make it saving the history, as the desktop version does?

Thanks for the effort! Would you mind extending the app for the "user function" feature, which has recently been discussed and added on git?

Good news, everyone! SpeedCrunch is back!

I forked the original port by @qwazix and made some modifications:
  • Fixed ui scaling for Sailfish X
  • Updated engine to version 0.12
  • Added setting for decimals
  • Improved expression editing

New version is currently available in OpenRepos. It will be available in Jolla Store later.

Source code can be found from GitHub.

It is currently tested with Jolla 1 and Sony Xperia. Probably works also in any other Sailfish phone. Tablet version does not exist yet.

Feel free to suggest improvements.
