Perhaps there's a better way to do this, but I've started pages on the Wiki for working and broken software. The working page needs to be created still, as I haven't gotten the two apps I tried working yet, but the broken page (http://internettablettalk.com/wiki/index.php?title=Broken_Palm_OS_Software) is up. When getting stuff to work, if you have to use non-default settings, those would be helpful to post too.
