Wondering if anyone has connected a 770 to the 'net via bluetooth to a Treo 650 (or other phone) running PDANet?

I can't get it to work. All I get from the 770 is that there are no services available on the device. Granted, I've never actually used DUN from any other device through the phone, but I've got no reason to believe it shouldn't "just work."

Any ideas?

Never mind, I'm an idiot. PDANet isn't a generic DUN application, it requires apps on both sides of the connection and therefore is only useful for PC (running Windows) to Treo DUN.

I used the shadowmite hack to get generic DUN enabled on my Treo 650 and my Nokia 770 now connects through it just fine.

If I recall, doesn't PDAnet also require a program on the PC side? In that case, PDAnet does not actually use the DUN standard, so the 770 wouldn't know what to do with it.

I'm a little bit different situation, but my N810 and Treo 755p simply pair and surf. In researching how to connect my Windows notebook to my 755p, I always saw many successes with the 650, but very few with the 755p, so this was a welcome surprise for me. I'm on Sprint if that matters.
