Does anyone have the scoop on why Video Center doesn't seem to be available for OS2008?

I really found it useful!

Do you have some Bora repositories installed by chance? I don't see it on available for Chinook anywhere, including the homepage for Video Center.

Yup... me too >> http://videocenter.garage.maemo.org/

In fact when I try to install it on OS2008 I get "incompatible version"

Are we missing something?

I don't think I have any bora repositories. I never had any luck installing things from them when I first flashed OS2008 beta.

The Help / About window says
Video center version:2007.51-1

In Application manager it says
Version 3.0.21

and it works fine.

how do I tell which repository it came from?
Application manager should tell you which catalog a file is from!!
