Just use a fingernail or something to pull it out by the convenient little notch (http://www.world-of-memory.de/images/DA-SD-1024-R.jpg).

Thanks!! for the pics, but there is not enough room to grab with either a pliers or my finger to pull it out.

I had to deal with a problem like this on a previous device. It was a communication device used by one of my students and the teacher was unable to grab the card to pull it out. I took a small piece of tape and put it on the side of the card that stuck out from the device. Then they could just grab the tape and pull. I have not had any difficulty getting the card out of mine so I have not yet tried this, but I would think that you should be able to put the tape on and then fold over the top edge in order to close the battery door.

I don't think tape will work. The cover to the slot must be closed securely, or the device won't recognize the card. The stand also has to be able to close over it. Standard SD cards have a small slot on one side of the card for catching fingernails or something else, but micro or mini cards in adapters don't, and it's difficult to get the adapter out. Tweezers or a knife blade work.

I have a micro sd in an adapter for my removable memory, which I find fairly accessable. The MicroSD has a small ridge which I can just get a fingernail under. I leave the SD adapter in the N800.
