Hi, I just got a N800 with OS2008 and I was wondering, how can I record videos with it? Also I'd like to know if its possible to use userscripts availabe at userscripts.org... Does this little browser feature addons/extensions ?

I don't know the current state of video capture, but if you google for "maemo greasemonkey" you'll get the answer to your second question. Regarding video recording I found these:

Both report crappy results. But I watched on YOutube a guy making video-conference and sound and image was really nice. Maybe it's possible to get these codes and redirect the media stream to a file, since "everything in linux is a file"... but that's a long shot from me...
