has anyone ran a swap file greater than 24 megs. Also, what mem can be freed up. can i remove like the radio program and othe oem installed programs that i wouldnt normally use. how removing the clock and installing the 3rd party plug in. just seeing what mem can be freed up in the operating side and not the user side.

I'm not sure I understand all this fuss about swap. The latest firmware image seems to have solved the memory issues I was having with Opera. Rather than building in some kind of nonstandard hack, doesn't it make sense to see what else the Nokia engineers are going to do to improve performance and memory utilization?

try loading a web site with flash. my 770 does well with most pages and maybe i didnt need to do the extentend memory thing but its nice to know that it does work. im not a power user but i am llearning alot about the n770 and linux.
