I had been using WinScp with 2005, but now it can't find the scp binary.

(Used to have to make a link

ln -sf /var/lib/install/usr/bin/scp /usr/bin/scp

but there's no /var/lib/install/usr/bin anymore...)

where is the command in 2006?

Thanks

After install OpenSSH, it is in /usr/bin/scp. No link needed. Did you install OpenSSH or dropbear?
