Setting up an old good FAQ page

After seeing this (http://www.internettablettalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=225060&postcount=2) and that (http://www.internettablettalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=280019&postcount=3) I went to create http://wiki.maemo.org/Frequently_asked_questions - or did we have already a place for that?

Those of you patience enough to answer several times the same questions, please help completing that wiki page. It doesn't need to be a special action, just add there the question and link answering it the next time you find yourselves in that situation again.

Feel free commenting here about frequent questions that still don't have a wiki page with a clear answer, making people go through forum threads or mailing list archives every time.

Once we have 10 questions or so in the wiki page I will add it to the General sticky topic. Thanks!

The work comes from maintaing complete and up to date answers. This should happen in official or community pages.

The FAQ page proposed is about a reduced collection of questions with the corresponding URLs where each answer is found.

Fremantle is the codename of Maemo 5, which is the next major release after OS2008 / Maemo 4.1 / Diablo

Will Maemo 5 run in the Internet Tablets?
Not officially but perhaps through the Mer community project. Maemo 5 is optimized for the OMAP3 architecture, the N810 and N800 are based in OMAP2 and the 770 in OMAP1 (discussion).

Maemo refers to the software platform developed by Nokia and maemo.org refers to the community interested in this platform and related software and devices (more).

I saw you have added text instead of letting the raw links. Surely better to give basic answers to new users (more thanks) but let's keep the texts as short and generic as possible to avoid the maintenance overhead GA was fearing above (with a good reason).
