Wow.. comparing to the problems they have with the Xbox 360, the software in the 770 seems to be very stable ;)

The fact that someone else is doing worse, makes it okay to release shoddy software? Is that the point you were trying to make?

Of course not! Not body likes bad software. I just want to say that it could have been worse. I'm very happy with my 770. Even with the bugs and unstability.

Well, you shouldn't. It is becoming quite obvious that Nokia did a lot of "Microsofties" on the 770: unfinished software on an underpowered device, skimping on memory, premature launching...

I had high hopes for the 770, but now I'm seriously reconsidering. I will certainly not buy one until version 2 of the hardware comes out. And even then...

I'm sorry you feel that way. Maybe you're looking for a much more powerful device like the pepperpad. But then there's a different price tag of course.

I beg to differ. Two minor changes: a slightly more powerful processor and doubling the user memory heap would have solved almost all problems with the 770. And neither of those changes would have had a significant impact on the price.

This also makes me wonder what *actual* user experience feedback Nokia has seen fit to peruse.

Actually, for the 360, it's a power supply problem:

and it can be worked around with a piece of string. :P

Xbox 360 suck0rz!

I know someone who ran Call of Duty 2 on his PC and Xbox 360 and said that PC was better. He didn't have to do that to know it though ;)
