and all messages/text/im
and all calender entries
and desktops
and installed apps (you have to redownload the apps but are prompted with a list and all get downloaded at once)
and all settings/accounts etc

its really good backup ..... makes me a lot less worried about using dev repo as if i mess my n900 up i can reflash and use backup to get my phone back easily!
