Cant Anyone upload melody theme?

could any one uploud melody theme for me please. i cant go to ovi store. i really need it . please help me

I split this off due to the thread you posted it in was about a website theme and not device theme, but the anwser is no we can not release ovi themes for you what problems do you have with ovi store?

first: ovi store is not available in my country
second:it's a free theme & i think there is no problem to upload it

Just because you don't have to pay for something doesn't mean you can upload it and host it for download other places. The theme is designed by Nokia and like the default theme we can not release any of their files even for free.
