Let me also add that the New York Public Library system is adding hotspots to their branches. God only knows why they chose to do The Bronx first! I mean, who lives there? http://www.nypl.org

And http://www.nycwireless.net is *the* place to hit for NYC hotspot news. These guys set up Bryant Park (42nd Street between 5th & 6th Aves) as one huge hotspot. People are always out there with their notebooks. I used to see a few PDAs (Palms and PPCs), but not anymore. I expect to see many people with their 770s.

Who lives there? Who are you to say that it *shouldn't* start in the Bronx? Should everything be available first to the rich WASPs of Lower Manhattan before the regular guy can get it?

I've lived there half of my life and I'm happy at least some form of my government, even if it's as insignificant as the Library system, hasn't forgotten about us.
