Is there any app to playback FLV files? The standard media player seem to not read FLVs.

Thanks

Install extra decoders support.
Or try SIB + mplayer or kmplayer.

One of the most useful projects for N900. I've donated right now;)

Good luck!

Just went to the page from my N900 and installed the app. The install took some time but now I CAN WATCH FLVs!!! Thank you guys for pointing me to this app and thanks to the developer of it!!! I think Nokia should take this package and put it on the device by default.

Nokia, don't suck this time!!! Listen to your users!!!

Thanks for the package!!! Just donated 5 european bucks (from axyz), but to be realistic, don't expect big income from donations. If you want to earn some money from this project, figure out a king of partnership with Nokia or operators who will maybe supply the next Maemo/MeeGo-based handsets... Just telling my thoughts...

Thanks for the donations :) I'm not expecting big income. If Nokia wanted to get these additional formats supported out of the box, they would have already done so. Politics, patents, royalties - it's a huge mess. Better pay royalties to known owners of codecs (MP3, AAC, H.264) and leave the other ones to the community. Although now I believe e.g. not supporting WebM out of the box in future devices (not the next one, but after that) would be strictly a political decision.

Hello everyone, I am a brand new nokia n900 buyer. I tried installed all the decoders but I am still not able to play flv movies. Please let me know if there is any other way.

Thanks
