4 the games u can put them on my docs. u goota edit the mmc-mount file... U can resolve the memory soace (for the apps) using optified apps this is the only secure way, u can get more memory in home, but u have to editi with an ex editor the emmc .bin file, there ucan expand/reduce the /home memory and mYdocs too

It's simple: repartitioning.

http://wiki.maemo.org/Repartitioning_the_flash#Solution_.237:_arbitrary_ size_for_.2Fhome_and_MyDocs_.28PR_1.2.2F3_compatib le.29

All what it needs is a little math skills to calculate out how many /home size do you want.

Or if you're lazy to calculate, then here is mine with 7GB home and 22GB mydocs sizes:

here is a custom emmc i stumbled upon last night:
5GB apps 24GB mydocs: http://www.mediafire.com/?j6srnaxwr3notaf
and this one too:
8GB apps 21GB mydocs (I use this one)

here's my tutorial for reflashing:

I hope this helps! :)

EDIT: you can also use this to transfer preenv games to MyDocs if you're not up to reflashing :D:

i thought that MyDocs was on a different chip which made it hard to repartition?
does this mean that /home/user and MyDocs is on a same memory chip?

Yep It is that way the rootfs is the on a single chip memory :( It would be great if we could partition that, aaah think of the possibilties : destroying the world perhaps :p

I finally managed to get the custom ROM. ONly problem is that alarm keeps ringing. It goes off every minute and then I have to either snooze or stop; but either way it's back again. I've got no alarm setting so I can't imagine what's causing this. If I reinstall the latest firmware using Nokia updater, will I still have the 8GB home or will I loose all the new disk format?

Also, any suggestions as to reseting the system to fix the alarm issue? I think it started after I restored my settings. All I care for in the settings is the contacts. How can I just restore the contacts and leave all as default?

Thanks
