fast access manager

I installed faster access manager. But I don't see any program to run. However I am able to run it by typing following on xterm

sudo gainroot
run-standalone.sh /usr/bin/fapman

Am I missing anything? It is handy to have shortcut instead of running xterm and typing commands.
