Coming soon....

I've tried their software on my N80 mobile before. Works ok. I do wonder how the N800 version will look like.

Meh. I've already got TomTom and Navicore on my N80ie covering the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
Not really needed on my N800.
For nav, VoIP, and phone calls my N80ie is fine.
For email, web browsing, reading ebooks, and watching the occasional "Top Gear" episode there's my N800.
Although I have used Maemo Mapper before to map out the boundries of 400 acres of family farmland though. But those uses are rare.

I am wondering how do they want to implement a N800 version. Do they really going to re-write the whole Nav4all, which is quite complex J2ME application, to make it native-C/python application working on a N800. I don't it's think that simple thing to do it soon (while soon is meaning weeks). Or maybe they do believe that this is another device from Nokia supporting J2ME ;) If the second they may be surprised. Hope the first option is true.

I'm wondering as well. Also, Nav4all on my N80 requires a mobile phone so that if I go off the route, it will connect to the net to get the new route....similar to Maemomapper I guess...but I do hope that there will be a free service that can download the maps and do routing/autorouting without having to connect back to the web.
