Hi there,

I have a quick question. Is it possible to create a .desktop file for showing in the application-menu of the N900 that will run a simple script in background?

I have a python-script to switch Bluetooth on and off which I want to integrate in DrLaunch (kinda like bluezwitch, but not as a widget). The script works fine but If I create a regular .desktop file in /usr/share/applications/hildon it creates an empty window on clicking it (the script works but its ugly to have this black window shown).

Is there any option for the desktop file to prevent the creating of the empty window?

try adding it to QBW
you can customize it how ever you like

thanks for the answer, but the point is I want to have it inside the "DrLaunch"-Widget, so only normal Application-shortcuts will work. QBW is a widget of its own so it doesn't help in my case
