boot trouble

yesterday i installed uboot on my n900 along with backup menu multiboot but both were incompletely installed . and now when i switch m cell on i see some uboot menu and then multiboot menu showing nothing and then it goes off..what to do?:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Reflash kernel only and then:

- uninstall Multiboot
- install U-Boot with kernel 2.6.28-omap1
- install kernel-power-bootimg (if asked, don't flash it)

- restart (not reboot)

- install Backup Menu

but the phone is not starting how can reflash
